Payment Policy
We accept T/T and Paypal as the secure and convenient payment method.
Pay With Paypal and T/T
When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where
you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.
If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and make a payment. Are
you a newcomer to PayPal? You can then log in as a guest or open your PayPal account and
confirm your payment.
Also we accept T/T payment in RMB and USD.

Shipping Policy
We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as
possible.
The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;
Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you.
Your orders will be processed once confirmed and got the deposit payment.
Shipping time: Small items will take 3-7 business days, and large items will take 15-30 business
days.

Return & Refund Policy
Cancellation:
Orders are only allowed to be cancelled before production, please inform us in time.
Within 48 hours of the customer's application, we will refund you within 3-5 working days.
Return & Exchange:

(1) Replacement parts: within 2 days after receiving the product, check the product because of the lack of parts, you can apply for replacement parts
2) What information should be provided when applying for return or replacement: order number, photos and video proof of actual product packaging
